Our PU coated cotton canvas baseball cap bridges the gap between outdoor ruggedness and everyday style. The polyurethane coating gives the cotton canvas a waxed, oilskin-inspired finish that shrugs off light rain and resists stains — without looking like you’re trying too hard.
Unlike our unstructured dad hats, this one has a full buckram-lined front panel that holds its shape. The low profile design still sits close to the head — structured doesn’t mean tall and boxy here. Pro stitching on the crown and 6 rows on the pre-curved visor handle the details.
Available in two sizes. Medium: circumference 22.83 inches (58 cm), crown height 3.3 inches. Small: circumference 22 inches (56 cm), crown height 3 inches. Bill length 2.75 inches in both. Adjustable hook & loop closure fine-tunes the fit.
The 63/33/4 cotton-polyester-PU blend creates a fabric with texture and subtle sheen that develops more character with wear. Matching color undervisor and sweatband. 6 sewn eyelets keep air moving.
A heads-up on the feel: the PU coating gives this cap a smooth, slightly waxy hand-feel. That’s the point — it’s what makes it water-resistant and durable. If you prefer soft, washed cotton, check out our garment washed dad hats instead.
Spot clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash.
